Course Overview: 


This practical, evidence-informed training introduces the Julia  Method of Brazilian lymphatic drainage including the Wooden Madera Tools.  Participants will learn the fundamentals of lymphatic anatomy and physiology, and the specific hands-on techniques, including pressure, rhythm, and transitions used in the Julia Method for the body and Face with Gua sha.  The course combines clear theoretical insights, demonstrations, supervised practice, and assessment, enabling graduates to apply the technique confidently in spa, wellness, and relaxation settings.
